Sheila is an experienced senior executive and consultant to leading political and civic organizations. Before joining the team at Rose Lake, she spent almost two decades supporting and managing political campaigns from local to presidential, starting with President Obama’s 2008 and 2012 elections.

As Executive Director of the Arizona Democratic Party she managed a diverse, high-performing team of 500, and as an advisor to Senator Bernie Sanders she designed and managed a national program that partnered with unions to achieve bargaining, legislative, and organizing victories for workers across the country. She specializes in executing complex strategies, building large organizations to scale, and identifying creative opportunities for innovation.

Sheila lives in Washington, D.C. with her two cats and multiple house plants. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, riding horses, and learning new things.
